Stamping
With the ability to manufacture custom tooling in house, Deuling Design can handle small or large batch stamping projects, such as these garage door samples. We made 4,000 for Lorin Industries.
Also small batch stamping is available as seen with the “For Scott” memorial project we did for a customer.
Shown is some components Deuling Design manufactures for Motor City K5.
The designs for the components & tooling were done in house. Zinc plating was added to these components after stamping which is also offered to any customers.
