Hi, Iām adam Deuling.
I began my CAD and fabrication journey in 2009 while attending school to earn my CAD degree. I started my career as a draftsman and quickly worked my way into Product Design Engineering while fabricating off-road vehicles on the weekends, learning both the physical and design sides of engineering. This combination of hands-on fabrication and engineering experience gave me a practical understanding of how to take ideas from concept to reality.
As a SOLIDWORKS Certified professional, I have spent years developing products, creating CAD models, solving design challenges, and working closely with manufacturing processes to ensure parts not only look good on a screen but also function in the real world.
I started Deuling Design in 2015, bead rolling signs and gradually investing in tooling, equipment, and machinery. What started as a small side business quickly snowballed into a full-time operation as customers began coming to me for CAD design, product development, prototyping, custom fabrication, and one-off projects.
In early 2019, I left my engineering career to run Deuling Design full-time. Based in Michigan, and serving customers nationwide, I have been helping individuals and companies around the world bring their ideas to life through design, prototyping, and fabrication.
I enjoy tools, machinery, problem-solving, and the satisfaction of seeing a quality part finished that started as nothing more than an idea. Whether you need help with product design, CAD modeling, prototype development, or custom fabrication, I would love to hear about your project. Feel free to reach out with your ideas, and let's see what we can do for you.
